Billy R. Todd

Associate Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness and Adjunct for Research Courses (RS101-103)

B.S., Louisiana State University in Shreveport, 1992; M.S., 1996; Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary, 2008; Ph.D. Studies, 2011-.

Mr. Todd serves as the Director of Institutional Research after having served as the seminary's registrar. He has also worked with the Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts by photographing and analyzing ancient manuscripts of the New Testament and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Theological Studies with an interest in Christian doctrine and the early church. He and his wife, Ashley, have two sons, Caleb and Jacob. Mr. Todd serves as a deacon at Lake Ridge Bible Church in Mesquite where he and Ashley teach in the Jr. High ministry.
