Housing and Relocation Options
Single Students
Single students may apply for on-campus housing in Washington Hall apartments. Since you must be a fully accepted DTS student before submitting a housing application, students are encouraged to apply early. Once you have applied you will be put on a placement list and the Housing Office will contact you about apartment availability. Washington Hall offers one and two bedroom apartments, along with a number of amenities throughout the building. Visit Student Housing for more information and for off-campus options.
Married Students with no Children or a Small Family
Married students with no more than four children may apply for on-campus housing in Swiss Tower Apartments. Swiss Tower offers both one and two bedroom apartments; two bedroom apartments are only available for couples with at least 2 children. Since you must be accepted as a DTS student before submitting a housing application, students are encouraged to apply early since there is usually a waiting list for Swiss Tower.
