Housing and Relocation Options

Single Women Students

These students may apply for on-campus housing in Swiss Tower Apartments.  Since you must be accepted as a DTS student before submitting a housing application, students are encouraged to apply early since there is usually a waiting list for Swiss Tower. Single Male Students

All single male first-year students are required to live in the residence halls for one academic year as long as space is available. If a student lives in the DFW metroplex prior to being admitted as a student to DTS, he may be exempted from the residency policy by submitting a written request to the Housing Office.

Married Students with no Children or a Small Family

These students may apply for on-campus housing in Swiss Tower Apartments Swiss Tower offers both one and two bedroom apartments You must be accepted to DTS before submitting a housing application. Since you must be accepted as a DTS student before submitting a housing application, students are encouraged to apply early since there is usually a waiting list for Swiss Tower.
