International Student Orientation

All internationals on F or J visa are REQUIRED to attend the annual new international orientation.  Be sure to arrange your flight arrival to enter the US at least one day before the day of International Orientation.  The immigration requirements and legal obligations to maintain your legal status will be given as well as other items of information. For those entering in the Fall, International Student Orientation typically falls on the Tuesday preceding the first day of class.  For spring entrants, International Orientation falls on the Thursday preceding the first day of class.  PLEASE NOTE:  The International Student Orientation and the general student orientation are two different events.  The international is held FIRST and is mandatory whereas the general orientation is optional to all new students.
