For AEM Referrers

Thank you for agreeing to provide a reference for a prospective member of the Association of Evangelical Ministers.  References are an extremely important part of the applicant process.  Your input is appreciated.  You can do your part by following three simple steps:

1.  Review the “Code of Ethics," considering whether the applicant, in your opinion, upholds those standards in life and ministry.

2.  Complete the appropriate reference form, choosing one of the three options below as requested by the applicant:

      a.  The “Pastoral Reference” should be completed by a pastor or someone who knows the applicant on both personal and spiritual levels.

      b.  The “Personal Reference” should be completed by the applicant’s friend, neighbor or co-worker.

      c.  The “Spousal Support Statement” should be completed by the applicant’s spouse and can be returned with the applicant’s “Membership Application” or faxed or mailed to the number or address below.

3.  Return your form directly to the DTS Alumni Office via fax or mail:
