<p>All DTS-Dallas students (excluding DMin and PhD) will be charged the Activity Fee at the start of each semester, regardless of the number of credit hours taken.</p>

<p>Please check the following options and see which one applies to you. <em>The deadline to remove yourself, or add your spouse, is Friday, February 1, 2013.</em></p>

<ol>
	<li>If you wish to use Baylor under the special semester rate, with restricted hours of access, you do not need to do anything (except pay your bill!).</li>
	<li>If your spouse wishes to use Baylor under the special semester rate/schedule, you must log in to <a href="http://campus.dts.edu/">CampusNet</a> within the first three weeks of the semester, and check the option to have the Activity Fee charged for your spouse.</li>
	<li>If you do NOT wish to pay the Activity Fee, you must log in to <a href="http://campus.dts.edu/">CampusNet</a> within the first three weeks of the semester and OPT OUT.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Increase in Activity Fee</strong></p>

<p>Effective Spring 2013, the Activity Fee for each semester is now $75 (not $70, as originally communicated).</p>
