Servant Leadership Internships
Purpose
The Servant Leadership Internship bridges what happens in the classroom with what happens in the real world. The purpose of our field-based education program is to help you:
- Develop a specific direction and purpose for ministry/vocation
- Identify personal strengths, weaknesses, and sin issues that impact the ability to provide servant leadership in your ministry/vocation
- Propose strategies and tactics for personal and professional development
- Clearly display how you relate to God, what you are learning about God and what you are learning about loving others
Time
Depending on your degree program, you will complete 1, 2 or 3 semesters of internship work (see chart below). Additional internship hours for each degree will be completed as an independent study concurrent with the internship.

| Master of Arts in Media and Communications (MA/MC) | See Dr. Reg Grant for requirements |
| Master of Arts in Cross-cultural Ministries (MA/CM) | 2 Semesters 7-10 hours per week |
| Master of Sacred Theology (STM) | 1 Semester 7-10 hours per week |
