It is important as leaders that we pour into others out of the overflow with which we are being fed ourselves. To assist in this, the Spiritual Formation department will host lead labs twice a month throughout the school year. These are times of incredible encouragement as we hear from faculty and staff on issues pertaining to leaders, leadership, and small group dynamics.
