The DTS Houston campus conducted an announced test of its Emergency Response and Evacuation Plan on Thursday, October 28, 2015 at 1:30 pm at 7100 Regency Square Blvd, Houston, TX 77036. One class was in session at the time. The property manager sounded the fire alarm at 1:30 pm and the class evacuated in an orderly fashion to the median in the back parking lot. Employees evacuated to the driveway at the font of the building. All persons from the DTS space were clear of the building within two minutes. Staff members checked the classrooms, library and administrative offices to make sure that they were empty. Because the campus is now in a multi-tenant building, all tenants were evacuated during the drill. Boxer personnel checked the non-DTS tenant spaces. Everyone was permitted to reenter the building at 1:36 pm.
