Atlanta: Spring 2009 Lineup of Classes
Ruth, Psalms, Jonah, and Selected Epistles (BE109) with Dr. Gene Pond – an exposition of Ruth, Psalms, Jonah, and three of Paul’s epistles (Romans, Ephesians, and Philippians), with emphasis on the biblical theology of these books, their genre, and application.
Soteriology (ST104) with Dr. Glenn Kreider – a study of the grace of God in salvation, including election, the ministry of the Savior, the Atonement, justification, regeneration, the salvation ministries of the Holy Spirit (Spirit baptism, indwelling, sealing) and eternal security.
Theology and World Religions (ST415) with Dr. Scott Horrell – a study of comparisons and contrasts between selected areas of Christian theology and contemporary world religious thought, with a view toward understanding other religions and effectively communicating the gospel. (NOTE: This course can also cross-credit as WM535. In other words, you can use it as your WM elective!)
