* The Richardson school district tends to be quite strong as does Garland, Mesquite, Lewisville, Plano, and Midlothian. Many students that have children entering 4th grade or higher typically move to one of these school districts.

The Relocation Listings Board is a bulletin board that has several lists of housing opportunities posted on it. These lists include categories such as Houses and Duplexes for Rent, Apartments and Condominiums for Rent, Rooms to Rent, Roommates, Houses for Sale, Subleases and Housing in Exchange for Service Opportunities. (The Relocation Listings Board is a resource that is only available to Dallas Theological Seminary's active students, faculty, staff, and alumni.)

Newly admitted students may access this information on the CampusNet upon receiving their student ID and password.
