15 Week Courses

If the class is dropped by 11:59 PM, the Sunday before

Before 6th Week of Class 50%

Beginning the Monday of the 6th week of class, there is no refund. See illustration below.

7 and 10 Week Courses

If the class is dropped by 11:59 PM, the Sunday before

Before 2nd Week 100%
Before 3rd Week 75%
Before 4th Week 50%

Beginning the Monday of the 4th week of class, there is no refund.

 

1 Week and 3-5 Weekend Courses

If the class is dropped by 11:59 PM the day before the

Before 2nd Day or Weekend 75%
Before 3rd Day or Weekend 50%

Beginning the 3rd day or weekend, there is no refund.

2-5 Week Courses

If the class is dropped by 11:59 PM, the day before

Before Meeting 2 100%
Before Meeting 4 75%
Before Meeting 6 50%

After Meeting 6 begins, there is no refund.

 

 

Late Registration and Payments

  • Late Registration Fee: The $50 fee will be assessed if you do not register for any classes during the registration period but then add a course afterward. To avoid this fee, please add at least on course during the registration period. Schedule changes can be made prior to the payment deadline at no charge.
  • Late Payment Fee: This $50 fee will be assessed if you fail to pay for your courses by the payment deadline. If you add a course for the first time after the payment deadline you will be assessed both the late registration fee and the late payment charge.
  • Schedule Change Fee: This $10 fee will be assessed for every course dropped after the payment deadline. This includes swapping sections. The schedule change fee is waived for courses added.
