Construction for the new housing facility for single men and women is underway. It is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008. The new building will be 7 stories tall and will be 117,493 square feet. The building will contain 89 living units and 2 guest rooms. The living units will accommodate a total of 158 beds. Each apartment will have a full kitchen and all bedrooms are private with walk-in closets and full baths. The building will contain a computer and study room with a language resource library as well as small group meeting rooms. There will be community rooms with a TV lounge, music practice rooms, a game area, and a community kitchen. The multipurpose room is large enough for half-court basketball as well as other uses. Wireless internet access will be available in many public areas of the building. The Housing Office will be located on the first floor.
