Dr. Drigg's Medicine
Dr. Driggs, a missionary to Alaska, came upon a funeral march for a man he’d tried to cure. The man’s widow pulled back the cover and showed Driggs the full bottle of medicine he had prescribed, firmly clutched her husband’s lifeless hands. The widow explained: She’d put it there because she believed it would help her husband wherever he was going. “I do not turn aside from your regulations, for you teach me. Your words are tastier in my mouth than honey!” (Psalm 119:102, 103) Are you reading your Bible? Responsibility means taking the medicine you’ve been given.
