Teacher Your Children Well

If you have young children, you may have heard stories about the horrors of the approaching teenage years, and how your kids just won’t respect you. That’s not necessarily so. Not if you earn their respect during their younger days. “As you know, we treated each one of you as a father treats his own children, exhorting and encouraging you and insisting that you live in a way worthy of God who calls you to his own kingdom and his glory.” (1 Thessalonians 2:11, 12) What can you do today, specifically, that will encourage your kids to model Christlike behavior?
