On Sunday evenings when I was a boy we go visit my great Uncle Rocky Reagan. He was a grand old man, a south Texas Cattleman, a gentleman, and an elder in the first Presbyterian church in Beeville. His faith was simple, deep, and as practical as a boot. “O God, you have taught me since I was young, and I am still declaring your amazing deeds. Even when I am old and gray, O God, do not abandon me, until I tell the next generation about your strength, and those coming after me about your power.” (Psalm 71:17, 18) Take time to pass on your practical faith to your grandchildren.
