Contributors

The Journal publishes one issue per semester, and new contributors are always welcome. If you like to write or have a keen eye for photography, we would love your help. Participation is voluntary and provides excellent writing experience. A previous background in journalism is not required. You can either submit a piece, or contact us with a writing sample in order to become a staff writer. Please contact studentpaper@dts.edu for more information.

Submission Guidelines

Criteria for submission include subject matter that is appropriate and relevant to the student body, with a maximum of 1000 words. This could take the form of an article, review, short story, poem, or just about anything else you can imagine. Submissions will be printed by discretion of the editing staff, and may be edited for length, style and grammar (we of course will check with you for final approval). Please email your submission or query to studentpaper@dts.edu. We look forward to hearing from you!

IMPORTANT LEGALESE: By submitting to the Journal, you are giving permission to Dallas Theological Seminary to print your original work in an edition of the student newspaper titled, The Dallas Theological Seminary Student Journal.
