Reservations

Payment in full is due upon registration for the tour.

OPTIONAL CHURCHES OF REVELATION EXTENSION: Payment in full is due upon registration for the extension.

Cabins

The tour price is based on double occupancy. Cabin categories are limited. All requests and preferences will be honored on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability.

Single Occupancy

There are a limited number of cabins available for those who desire to room alone. The additional cost for a single room is: CATEGORY 6-$1550, CATEGORY 5-$2050, CATEGORY 4-$2350, CATEGORY 3-$2450, CATEGORY 2-$2850. No single cabins are available in CATEGORY 1 or for the Owner’s Cabin.

Group Airfare Package - Not Included in Cost of Tour

Due to the large number of travelers, several options for group air will be offered on a limited basis from DALLAS, HOUSTON & CHICAGO. Airport transfers will be included in the Group Airfare Package. Taxes & fuel surcharges cannot be guaranteed until 45 days prior to departure. All requests and preferences are subject to availability.

Land Only Travelers

Those who make arrangements for their own air should plan to arrive in Istanbul on Friday, June 10 and depart from Athens on Monday, June 20. Transfers from/to airport will be quoted on an individual basis after November 1, 2010.

Special Arrangements & Airport Transfers

Morning Star Tours will be pleased to help you with arrangements for group air and/or transfers needed. All requests must be finalized by March 1, 2011. Payment of these arrangements is not included in the cost of the tour and will be due upon confirmation.

Tour Prices

All tour prices are based on costs, charges, taxes, and exchange rates known at the time of booking. We regret that should any of these costs change, a surcharge may be added to the cost of your tour. You would be notified prior to travel.

Churches of Revelation Extension (Optional)

For those interested in adding the Churches of Revelation Extension, there are a limited number of spots available. This excursion includes five night accommodations at a 5-Star deluxe hotel in Istanbul & Izmir, 2 nights in a 4-Star hotel in Pamukkale, all meals, entrance fees, and tips, along with two in-country flights for an additional $1890. The extension price is per person and based on double-occupancy. Single occupancy will be an additional $765 plus the cost of the extension.

Cancellations

All cancellation notices must be received in writing.

Insurance

Baggage, trip cancellation and emergency medical insurance is STRONGLY recommended. Forms will be provided. Important: The exclusion of Pre-Existing Conditions is waived provided the premium is received no later than fifteen days after the initial deposit for your trip.

Passports

You must have a valid passport with expiration not less than 6 months after your return to the US (December 2011). It can take two to four months to secure a passport so don’t delay. Passport information along with applications can be obtained online.

The tour operator reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary.

Responsibility

Morning Star Tours & Dallas Theological Seminary, with its officers and staff, act only as an agent for the various companies whose accommodations are utilized. They assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, carriage, automobile, ship, airplane, or other conveyance which will be used either wholly or in part. Neither will they be responsible for any act, error, omission, or any injury, loss, accident, or any delay which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle or through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in the conveying of passengers. The tour directors accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in motorcoach, train, ship, airplane services, or that of any other conveyance, sickness, accident, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes; and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passenger. Prices and schedules appearing in this brochure are based on current schedules and tariff rates and are subject to change without notice.

Ship and airlines and/or other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not aboard their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the ship and/or airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the ship and airlines and/or the purchaser of these tours and/or the passenger.

Payment of deposit for this tour signifies full understanding and acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.
