67th Annual Bible Conference and Family Camp

July 24-30, 2016

Each summer, Dallas Theological Seminary partners with Mount Hermon Christian Conference Center to offer a week-long family camp in the Santa Cruz mountains of California. Inter-generational worship services, in-depth Bible studies, and an array of recreational activities give families the opportunity to worship, study, and relax together.

Mark L. Bailey

Mark Bailey | Professor of Bible Exposition, President, DTS

Dr. Bailey assumed the Seminary’s presidency in 2001 after years of service as both a professor and the vice president for Academic Affairs as well as his role as pastor of a local church. He was a seminar instructor for Walk Thru the Bible Ministries for twenty years and is in demand for Bible conferences and other preaching engagements. His overseas ministries have included Venezuela, Argentina, China, and Hungary. He is also a regular tour leader in the lands of the Bible, including Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, and Rome. Dr. Bailey serves on the boards of Bible Study Fellowship, Insight for Living, Jews for Jesus, and Walk Thru the Bible Ministries. He also holds both a ThM and PhD from DTS.

Vic Anderson

Vic Anderson | Professor of Pastoral Ministries, DTS

Vic is the Department Chair of Pastoral Ministries at DTS. His 15 years of missionary service in Ethiopia, prior deanship at the Evangelical Theological College, and professorship at Talbot School of Theology all contribute to his passion for rhetoric and preaching.  He also holds a ThM from DTS and PhD from Biola.

Michael Easley

Michael Easley | Teaching Pastor, Fellowship Bible Church, Brentwood, TN

A teaching pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, Tennessee, Michael is the former president of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. He also holds an MA in Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry from DTS.

Abe Kuruvilla

Abe Kuruvilla | Research Professor of Pastoral Ministries, DTS

Abe Kuruvilla, Professor of Pastoral Ministries, is captivated by the interpretive movement from Scripture to sermon. He has served as president of the Evangelical Homiletics Society and is a practicing physician, a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He holds a ThM from DTS, an MD from Univ. of Kerala, a PhD from Baylor College of Medicine, and a PhD from the Univ. of Aberdeen. He blogs regularly at www.homiletix.com.
