Just announced, with fast-approaching deadline: The Ted R. Dempsey Scholarship Program is offering scholarships to promote the growth of Christianity throughout the world by funding students in ministerial studies. To apply, submit the following information: "requirements of financial need, academic record, ability to succeed, variety of avocation." Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA and must submit all of the above by June 1, 2009. Entries should be sent by certified mail with return address to the Scholarship Chairman, Mary Margaret Roberson, 3312 Southwestern Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75225.
