Stafford Loan Spring 2010 Application Deadline The deadline for submitting a Stafford loan application for the Spring 2010 semester is November 1. Required application paperwork includes the 2009-2010 Stafford Loan Request Form and the 2009-2010 FAFSA. First-time borrowers at DTS must also submit a Master Promissory Note (original, not faxed). All completed paperwork must be turned in to the financial aid office by November 1 in order to count toward the Spring 2010 payment deadline. After November 1, students may still apply for a Stafford loan but must make alternate payment arrangements for the payment deadline.
