Terms and Conditions

Mission Statement: Dallas Theological Seminary’s mission is to glorify God by equipping godly servant-leaders for the proclamation of His Word and the building up of the body of Christ worldwide.

Doctrinal Agreement: Please refer to the Statement of Doctrinal Agreement

Application and Eligibility: In order to maintain an atmosphere of service and ministry, only non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations whose express mission is to provide ministry resources will be eligible to exhibit. The staff at the Hendricks Center will review each application and retains the right to modify or remove any applicant that does not, in its opinion, contribute to the conference atmosphere in this manner or abide by the character and values of Dallas Theological Seminary.

Application Process: All applications (both the application and doctrinal agreement) must be received by Monday, February 6, 2017. If accepted, full payment is required by Monday, February 6. If payment is not received by February 6, your spot will no longer be reserved.

Discounts: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discount to non-profit organizations. A $100 fee will apply to all exhibition tables.

Space Assignment: All tables are the same size (6 ft. long and 3 ft. wide) and will be located in a central area. DTS Staff will assign the location of your booth.

Conference Times: All booths must be fully staffed and operational by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 27th. Tear down will follow the conclusion of the conference on February 27th

Publicity: To maximize your presence at the conference, we request that you publicize your appearance at our conference via your website, podcast, blog, and/or newsletter. There are various digital files on our website,, to aid you with publicity.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled by Monday, February 13th, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 application processing fee. If canceled after February 13th, no refund will be provided.

Liability: Dallas Theological Seminary is not responsible for the exhibitor’s property or any lost or stolen items. Proof of insurance is required for any items or equipment that is over 30 lbs. Any damage to DTS property will be charged to the liable party.
