Student Complaint Resources
Dallas Theological Seminary seeks to provide an outstanding academic environment enhanced by our calling to equip and nurture godly servant leaders to serve with humility and excellence. If you are a student, and the administration, faculty, staff or boards of Dallas Theological Seminary fail to meet your reasonable expectations, please submit complaints or appeals to the appropriate department outlined in the Student Handbook (pages 30-32, section 1.30 and page 62, section 3.11.12).
Complaints that are not addressed by the Student Handbook will be received through this General Student Complaint Form. Completed forms will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate department for follow-up. An email response from the vice president of the appropriate department or his or her designee will be sent to you within a reasonable time of your submission. The response will include steps for appeal in the event you are not satisfied with the response.
