The Application Specialist will call, email, and text prospective students, provide information about DTS-Atlanta and our programs, answer questions, provide general follow up, and participate in all DTS-Atlanta recruitment initiatives.

  • Communicate with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and text messages to provide information on DTS-Atlanta and encourage them to apply
  • Develop and maintain understandings of DTS information systems (Slate, etc) that support the application and admission process
  • Document phone calls, emails, and text messages using the current CRM software
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries to DTS-Atlanta
  • Answer prospective student questions about DTS and our programs
  • Learn about DTS programs and Admissions policies in order to communicate accurate information with prospective students
  • Attend DTS Admissions Team meetings and trainings
  • Develop and maintain assessment initiatives and reports that capture past, present, and future data on DTS-Atlanta applications and admissions
  • Assist with the on-campus DTS-Atlanta experience, including live lectures and DTS special events
  • Interact with prospective students through Seminary Preview Days, online chats, and other special events
  • Collaborate with the DTS-Atlanta team in creating programs and strategies that advance the vision and mission of DTS
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Information

20 hours per week
Part Time
