Founded in 1924, Dallas Theological Seminary exists “to glorify God by equipping godly servant-leaders for the proclamation of His Word and the building up of the body of Christ worldwide.” In other words, we want to help men and women fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.

DTS expanded to Houston 25 years ago in 1993 with seventeen students meeting in a donated classroom. Today the permanent facility houses a vast theological library and six technology-equipped classrooms, including a designated preaching lab.

We launched the Washington, DC, extension campus in 2010. Since then, DTS-DC added several degree options, installed a basic theological library, and gained multiple resident faculty and staff members who shepherd the campus.
