Dr. Anthony taught non-profit management and leadership studies for 27 years at Talbot School of Theology where he is currently an Emeritus Professor. He served as Vice Provost for Academic Development and Effectiveness at Biola University for nine years. He has served on staff with five local churches in roles including Interim Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Family Pastor, and Youth Pastor. He is President of Calibrate Global Consulting, a business that provides leadership development resources to ministry leaders and nonprofit organizations in North America. Most recently he was the COO & CFO at Dream Centers in Colorado Springs where his wife, Michelle, serves as the Executive Pastor to Families at New Life Church. He has edited/authored 13 books including The Evangelical Dictionary of Christian Education, Management Essentials for Christian Ministries, and The Effective Church Board. He has led over 150 short-term missions’ trips all over the world. He has served twice as the President of the North American Professors of Christian Education. His hobbies include sailing, scuba diving, surfing, and fly fishing. He and Michelle have two adult children and two grandchildren.
