Clery Act

Dallas Theological Seminary is committed to the safety and well-being of every student, faculty member, staff, and visitor on its campuses. As part of that commitment, DTS complies fully with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, commonly known as the Clery Act.

The Clery Act is a federal law that requires all colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to disclose campus security policies and annual crime statistics. This transparency helps current and prospective students make informed decisions about the communities they join.

What DTS Publishes‍

In accordance with the Clery Act, Dallas Theological Seminary publishes the following reports, available in the section below:

Campus Safety Reports

Annual Security Reports

Dallas Theological Seminary publishes an Annual Security Report for each of its campuses. Each report includes campus security policies, crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years, emergency response procedures, and resources for victims of crime or violence.

Annual Fire Safety Reports

The Annual Fire Safety Report includes fire statistics, fire safety systems, and evacuation procedures for DTS residential facilities.

Hazing transparency Report

In accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act, DTS publishes an annual Hazing Transparency Report documenting campus hazing policies, prevention programs, and incident statistics.
