Kevin M. Gandy
Assistant Professor of Educational Ministries and Leadership
Prior to joining the DTS faculty, Dr. Gandy was a pastor and church planter in Southern California. With experience in classic-to-postmodern leadership studies, organizational engagement, and empowerment theories, Dr. Gandy has a passion for next generation leadership development and education.
Though he was born in North Carolina, Dr. Gandy has lived all over the USA, and has over 15 years of pastoral ministry experience in California, Texas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Albania, and SW England. He travels extensively to speak and teach throughout the year and has visited over 75 countries across 5 continents. Dr. Gandy lives in downtown Dallas, so outside the classroom you may find him in an urban coffeeshop, eating great Texas BBQ, taking photos for his Instagram, or at 30,000 ft. traveling to a new place.
