Marci Monro

From an early age, Marci showed a natural gift for leadership—once organizing her entire neighborhood into a full parade complete with clowns, baton twirlers, floats, and flyers. She has been directing projects, operations, and events ever since. With formal education in business management and more than 30 years of experience leading business operations and departments, Marci was selected to direct the seminary’s centennial celebration in 2024. She now serves as Project Director for the Vice President of Communications and Community and as project manager for Story of Scripture, supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen biblical engagement and ministry impact.

Marci has been married to her husband, Glenn, for 31 years, and they have two adult sons, Luke and Caleb.
