Richard K. C. Hon

Rev. Dr. Hon brings more than 19 years of leadership experience with Hong Kong Campus Crusade for Christ, where he served in a variety of roles and concluded his ministry as National Director (2003–2006). Over the past two decades, he has also been deeply involved in church-planting efforts in both the United States and Hong Kong. He was the founder and lead pastor of Neighborhood Bible Church (now Sheung Shui Evangelical Church), serving for eight years, and later ministered as Christian Education Pastor at New Life Gospel Church. Across his years of pastoral and parachurch leadership, Rev. Dr. Hon has demonstrated a deep commitment to discipleship, leadership development, and teaching God’s Word through Bible seminars and mentoring. His passion is to equip and nurture Christ-centered leaders through systematic, Scripture-based instruction and personal guidance. Dr. Hon and his wife, Eira, have been married for more than 38 years. They are blessed with three married children—Lydia (Yoshi), Priscilla (Jonathan), and Nathan (Genesis)—and one granddaughter, Phoebe.
